Millions of lives have been disrupted or lost... Prisons have overflowed with nonviolent offenders." THREE LIMITS ON THIS ENTRY: the plank concerns drug policy generally and does not name cannabis; the date is that of the earliest Internet Archive capture containing the text, not a stated publication date; and it is 2024 campaign material, read from a capture of his candidate profile because his campaign domain no longer resolves.
