Espoir NgaboGreen

No record compiled yet. Checked on 2026-09-18: his campaign site including its full three-part platform page, READ IN FULL both live and in an Internet Archive capture of 2026-03-21, which contains no cannabis, hemp or THC text; his Ballotpedia Candidate Connection survey, READ IN FULL, whose answers cover housing, healthcare, wages, flood mitigation, transit and campaign finance and mention no drug policy; the Green Party of Texas nominee pages; the Spectrum News report of 2026-03-03 on Texas candidates and THC policy, which does not name him; and Houston Public Media’s own District 7 archive, which carries no item about him. NOT RETRIEVABLE, so not claimed as silence: one candidate-directory profile, which refused our requests, and the League of Women Voters questionnaire, which is served through an interactive lookup we could not read. Note separately that the Green Party platform addresses cannabis; that is a party document and not an act by this candidate, and his own site’s platform section does not mention it.
